In chapters 1-3 of John's Gospel we have the sublime entry of the divine Word into our world through the Mystery of the Incarnation. The mystery of God's love is so great that we have difficulty believing it!
The divine Logos (Word) changed his abode from
the glory of Heaven into the humble dwellings of our poor hearts. John spends the rest of his Gospel spelling out the consequencs for us.
