Title Information - St John's Gospel: The Book of Signs (Chapters 4-9)
St John's Gospel: The Book of Signs (Chapters 4-9)
Chapters 4-12 of John's Gospel are called THE BOOK OF SIGNS
because Jesus revealed himself through seven signs. Here we meet the Incarnate Word during his Ministry on Earth.
Incredibly he is not accepted by those who waited thousands
of years for him. We witness him put on trial before the Nation of Israel, and condemned by those who represented God on Earth!
During this time he fulfilled the Feasts of Israel and brought the Law of Moses to completion. The challenge for us is to recognise
him when the world rejects.
